Grab your journal and yoga mat for a fun filled afternoon of creativity and self discovery. Have you ever thought about journaling and are not quite sure how to get started? This workshop will provide you with many ideas and writing prompts to make journaling fun and easy. We will utilize our yoga practice to ignite creative ideas and thoughts to flow easily and effortlessly. Many of the asanas practiced will promote letting go of fear, inward focus, courage, balance and expansion. All are welcome! Even if you are new to yoga or journaling this workshop is geared to all levels. All you need is the willingness to be open to exploring your mind and body in a safe and supportive environment.
