Grab your journal and yoga mat for an renewing afternoon of exploration, beauty and reflection as we enter Spring. We will utilize our yoga practice and journaling to embrace the newness of the weather patterns to dive deeper into our essence. Spring brings about qualities of vitality, growth and creativity. Many of the asanas practiced will promote letting go, inward focus, courage, balance and expansion. This workshop will provide you with many ideas and writing prompts to make journaling fun and easy. All are welcome! Even if you are new to yoga or journaling this workshop is geared to all levels. All you need is the willingness to be open to exploring your mind and body in a safe and supportive environment.
