Grab your journal and yoga mat for an expansive afternoon of setting our intensions for the New Year. We will utilize our yoga practice and journaling to let go of "old" thought patterns or behaviors that no longer serve us creating more space for an expansive 2017! Many of the asanas practiced will promote letting go of fear, inward focus, courage, balance and expansion. This workshop will provide you with many ideas and writing prompts to make journaling fun and easy. All are welcome! Even if you are new to yoga or journaling this workshop is geared to all levels. All you need is the willingness to be open to exploring your mind and body in a safe and supportive environment.
