Introduction to Community Acupuncture

Community Acupuncture

Please join us on Sunday, April 29th from 2-3:15pm for an Introduction to Community Acupuncture, with Maddy Mindich, LAc, a new service that will be offered monthly at Oyster Bay Yoga. The event will open with a short talk on the benefits of acupuncture, the community acupuncture model, and the tools and treats that will be offered at OBY Community Acupuncture events. Complimentary stress-relieving and adaptogenic teas will be available, and all participants will have the chance to receive acupuncture for general wellness as well as tuning forks and essential oils at acupoints. Because community acupuncture uses points on the extremities and can be received fully clothed, participants are encouraged to wear looser fitting clothes that easily roll up to elbows and knees. BioMats will also be available if you need some far-infared warmth and an EMF antidote in your life! If you like this small taste of community acupuncture, join us once a month for the extended version!--

$15 per person
