Movement seeks to challenge your body, mind, and spirit in ways that you will perceive to be fun, engaging, and entertaining. Making exercise feel less like work and more like FUN! Join us the 2nd & 4th Sundays of each month for a 1 hour class that features play, moving yoga, and moving meditation.
