Music and movement are powerful medicine for the body, mind and spirit. Join Vicki as she combines both in this workshop of vinyasa flow followed by restorative poses, nfused with live singing and harmonium music.
We will open with meditation to ground and connect to yourself, followed by gentle warm-up movements to create openess in the body and space in the mind. You will be guided through simple vinyasa for any level, and then given a chance to move through each sequence a few times at the pace of your own breath. Together we will build confidence and trust, and move through fear and limiting beliefs about our practice. Class will end with restorative poses to honor your body with deep rest.
