How would your students describe you? Challenging yet supportive. Gentle voice, fun flows.
How do you want your students to feel after your classes? Completely calm, centered, and relaxed.
How did you become a yoga instructor? Loved yoga so much and how it made me feel, I wanted to share with others.
What's your favorite food? Indian food (curry).
What's your #1 favorite song of all time? Too many to list. Maybe "33" by Smashing Pumpkins.
If you weren't a teacher, what would be your dream job? Running an animal shelter.
What's your guilty pleasure? Eating sweets.
What do you miss most about being a kid? Freedom and being carefree.
What's the best meal you've ever had? Vegan food in NYC's Blossom.
What did you do growing up that got you into trouble?Exploring in the woods of our backyard.
What's your favorite asana and why? Heartbench - opens the entire front body and shoulders.
Describe your teaching style: Challenging in vinyasa, but I love teaching restorative.
Tell us about your first yoga class (or a memorable experience from your early yoga days) In High School - immediately fell in love.
Anything else you'd like to share? I'm currently taking 300 level teaching training at Always At Aum. Love to keep learning and growing as an instructor.
