Group Yoga & Meditation Instruction
Specializing in relaxation and stress relief, this is a wonderful addition to your benefits package. Meditation has been shown to boost mood, relieve stress, and increase energy for your employees.
Monthly Health Challenges
3-month, 6-month, or 12-month challenges to kick start your employees’ healthy lifestyle habits. Each month will feature (1) hour-long Lunch & Learn session, and a month-long challenge where participants will track their healthy habit and accumulate points to achieve recognition or a reward. Programs can include a kick-off event, monthly announcement of winners, and a year-end wrap up.
The hardest part of staying healthy is knowing how to implement good nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress-relief habits. One-on-one coaching dives into each individuals needs and breaks down the barriers preventing them from achieving their personal health goals. Offered in single-day, or ongoing formats. On-site or telephone-based.
Seminars & Speaking Events
1-hour Lunch & Learn sessions on the latest topics in healthy living. Specializing in weight-loss, clean eating, and stress relief. Workshops will include education, engagement, and implementation goals for all participants. Q&A sessions and take-home resources will be provided too.
