In honor of the anniversary of Oyster Bay Yoga, we will be having a "Let's have a Ball" Pilates class. This class will focus on incorporating the ball as a prop into our Pilates practice. Come learn about all the ways you can use the ball to enhance your core strengthening practice on the mat!
