This workshop is designed to break down “peak poses” into accessible steps, helping you better understand the mechanics, strength, mobility, and mindset behind the practice. With individualized guidance in a supportive environment, we’ll work toward your requests of arm balances, inversions, or deeper expressions of familiar poses.
Together, we’ll explore:
intelligent warm-ups & preparation
drills and alignment techniques
strength, stability, and mobility work
modifications and prop support
the mental side of challenging poses
This is not about forcing your body into a shape—it’s about building awareness, curiosity, and confidence in your practice.
Appropriate for students with some yoga experience and an interest in deepening their practice.
