A women's circle and guided workshop on tending to the womb, belly, and pelvis as the center of female health
Painful periods. Bloating that won't quit. Leaking when you sneeze or jump. Painful sex. Feeling like your body is a stranger. We were taught to see these as part of being a woman, or part of aging, or having children, or, or, or… They're common, but common isn't the same as normal, and there's so much more you can do than you've been told.
This two-hour workshop and women's circle gives you practical tools and lifestyle practices to care for your pelvic and abdominal health. It's for women living with:
Menstrual pain, including PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids
Pelvic pain
Prolapse symptoms
Hormonal imbalance
Fertility and pregnancy concerns
Digestive pain and dysfunction
A sense of disconnection from the womb or body
So many of us carry these experiences without anyone to share them with. We'll gather as a multi-generational circle of women to connect from the heart, learn about our bodies, and practice tools you can start using right away.
What we'll cover:
Sharing & Connection: A space to be witnessed and heard.
Foundational Pelvic Anatomy: Walk out excited and empowered about "what is actually going on in there?!"
Pelvic Position: How to position your pelvis when sitting, walking, and exercising to support your pelvic floor.
Breath Mechanics: How to breathe without putting pressure on your pelvis, why it matters for prolapse and other pelvic conditions, plus hands-on feedback.
Castor Oil Packing: How to do it tomorrow, and how it can support your digestive and reproductive health.
Vulva Steaming: How to steam safely, and how it can support your hormonal, uterine, vaginal, and bladder health.
Who it's for: Women of every age and life stage. No experience needed.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in.
