Join yoga teacher and doula Jacqueline Lee for a two hour prenatal yoga workshop!
Prenatal yoga is a safe and effective way to stay healthy and active during pregnancy, while preparing mentally and physically for labor, delivery, and motherhood! In this two hour workshop, we will create a safe and sacred space for women to come together during this incredibly beautiful and spiritual time. The day will begin with a community circle where everyone will have a chance to share their experience during pregnancy so far including daily aches/pains, food aversions, birth plans, fears, excitements, anything you want to share! Then we will move through a specially designed yoga sequence to alleviate some common aches and pains of pregnancy, build strength, stamina and flexibility with a focus on different breathing techniques that you can bring with you into labor and delivery. We will end with a guided meditation to bring you into a state of peace and relaxation while solidifying your connection to baby. There will be time at the end for a short Q&A and everyone will receive a gift to take home!

Jacqueline completed her 200hr yoga teacher training in January 2015 and went on to complete an additional 85hrs of prenatal yoga training in the Spring of 2018. She is also a reiki practitioner as well as a birth and postpartum doula. Jacqueline strongly believes in the healing that the practice of yoga has to offer and the power that can come when you are fully aligned in all aspects; body, mind and spirit!
